Channel, nick/other services: Right now there is only Operservice's
requestop service for the common user. Once we find (and eventually setup) a
channel, nick/other service that fulfills our requirements and needs,
users will be informed here.

Channel protection: If you need a channel protection bot, come to #opers
and ask for a "channel protection bot". The only
requirement is that you obey the Network rules. We will
make one or more oer+MySQL bots join your channel
and keep it safe. If the bot(s) should ever become de-opped, you should first try to use
Operservice's requestop and if that fails you are allowed to come
to #opers and ask for the bot(s) to be re-opped.

Trusts: If you require more than 6 connections per host, come to #opers
and ask for your host to be added to the list of trusted hosts.
Only well reasoned requests will be accepted.
It is upto the admins/operators to decide what is well reasoned and what isn't.
